Cancellation and refund policy

Subscription Plans

Revi.AI — ChatGPT grammar & style enhancer offers two subscription plans for its Chrome extension, which improves the quality of user text using GPT-4o or GPT-4o-mini:

• Personal: Offers a limited number of text revisions and essential grammar and style corrections. This plan is free of charge.
• Personal Pro: Provides an expanded number of revisions, advanced grammar and style corrections, and translation features. This plan requires a paid subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days days of activation and receive a full refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After the 14 days-day window, cancellations are still possible, but no refunds will be provided. Users can continue to access the Personal Pro features until the subscription period ends.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• Downtimes or non-functioning features.
• Incorrect or unsatisfactory revisions provided by the GPT-4o or GPT-4o-mini models.
• Other service disruptions unrelated to the core functionality.

After the 14 days-day window, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
